Shauli Elimelech currently serves as Chairman of DSNR.
Possessing both marketing and sales expertise, Elimelech is honing DSNR’s
strategic vision to expand the company’s presence in the international market.
Prior to joining DSNR, Elimelech founded NRG MAARIV, a news portal.
He also served in senior executive positions with NETVISION and MATAV, handling
the business development, marketing and sales.

Shmuel Tal currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for DSNR.
Since 2004, Tal has held several executive level positions within the company and was a key
player in making the company’s subsidiaries a household name. Besides serving in the Israel Defense
Forces for 11 years as a Lt. Colonel, Tal has been the CEO of several consumer goods companies,within the "CLAL GROUP".
Prior to joining DSNR, he was the CEO of High-Tech College and Editor-in-Chief of Technologies Magazine.
Tal received his law degree from
Tel Aviv University.

Merav Frideman

Merav Frideman currently serves as the Vice President for both of Human Resources and Customer
Service Divisions. Frideman has held several senior management positions within DSNR since
joining the company in 2007.
Prior to her employment with DSNR, she headed the customer
service division for in Yediot Aharanot, Israel’s leading newspaper.
Frideman received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business
Administration from the University of Derby.

Rami Cohen currently serves as the Chief Accountant Officer for DSNR,
overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting function and
financial reporting.
He joined DSNR in 2008 to help expand the company's vision.
Cohen has extensive expertise and knowledge in the world of
finance management which included a position as Controller
and Finance Manager with ECI TELCOM LTD - a worldwide telecom equipment provider.
Cohen received his business degree in accounting and finance from Tel Aviv Academic College of Business.

Moshe Shachar

Moshe Shachar joined DSNR in 2006 and currently leads the company's IT department ensuring that the compnay's
websites and applications are at optimal conditions. Before teaming up with DSNR, Moshe spent the last 9 years
providing web based customer solutions & OLAP, GIS, and dot NET for major IT companies
in Israel.

Ariel Mekayten currently serves as the Manager of Green Card Application Review Service
Sales Division for DSNR. The portfolio includes the supervision of three international
call centers, as well as, sales from the USAFIS Organization website serving clients
from 180 countries. He joined the company in 2005. Prior to his employment with DSNR,
Mekayten was a project manager for Frontline, which specializes in CRM management.
Ariel received his law degree from Tel Aviv University.

Eyal Shohet heads the ePayment, Fraud and Risk Management Division, overseeing DSNR global ePayment strategy and
managing the Fraud and Risk operation. Eyal possesses an extensive experience and expertise in internet payments processing,
credit cards payments and compliance, eCommerce, fraud, and risk management. Prior to joining DSNR Eyal held several key Risk
Management positions in the payment industry, the latest in Visa CAL Israel (ICC - Israel Credit Card), in the fields of Fraud Prevention,
AML (Anti Money Laundry), Compliance and Regulation. Eyal holds a Cum Laude MBA from ESG (Ecole Superior de Gestion in Paris, France)
and a Cum Laude B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Tel-Aviv University (Israel).
